Navigate pipe items example

This is similar to the random item example, except that instead of generating a random item index, we provide next and previous links that set allow the user to navigate the items one at a time. It does this by passing the requested index to the php file through the $_GET parameters (in this way being similar also to the search example). For more information on the PHP $_GET function, check out the following link --> http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/php_get.asp
